Meet Joy Kowalsky

Founder of Joyful Walks & More L.L.C

Hi, I’m Joy Kowalsky—animal lover, certified pet care professional, and founder of Joyful Walks & More L.L.C. Since I was 16 years old, I’ve known that working with animals was my calling. What began with walking three wonderful dogs for my very first client soon grew into something much bigger—and much more joyful.

After gaining hands-on experience at a kennel, where I learned everything from grooming to basic training, I was even offered the role of Saturday Manager at just 17. While I valued the experience deeply, I was already building my own client base on the side. That’s when I took the leap and founded Joyful Walks & More L.L.C—because it’s always a joyful time when you choose my services!

For the past two years, I’ve proudly served pets and their families with dedication, patience, and love. While dogs are my specialty, I also care for cats, birds, chickens, fish, rabbits, and other small animals. My services include:

• Dog walking

• Pet sitting & overnight stays

• Pet check-ins

• Pet taxi & pet trip services

• Litter box & crate cleaning

• Poop scooping

• Basic grooming

• Handmade dog handkerchiefs (coming soon!)

I believe in continuously learning to provide the best care possible. In May 2025, I earned my Pet CPR/First Aid certification, and I’m currently enrolled in a dog training course to deepen my understanding of canine behavior.

I’ve been honored to be recognized in the Bucks Best Awards—nominated in both 2024 and 2025 for Best Pet Sitter/Dog Walker. While I didn’t win in 2024, I was proud to be a finalist in 2025, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support of my amazing clients and their pets.

At Joyful Walks & More, I strive to offer more than just services—I aim to provide peace of mind, trustworthy care, and a little extra love while you’re away. I’m so thankful to be doing what I love, and I look forward to caring for your furry (or feathered!) family members.
